If you experience a problem with iTheorie, we would like to apologize for this in advance and help you resolve it as quickly as possible. In order to ensure that we can help you without delay, please do the following:

  • If possible, take a screenshot of the problem: Press and hold the power button, then press the home button.
  • Describe your problem as precisely as possible.
  • Send all of this to crash[at]iTheorie.ch

We will look into the problem as soon as we receive your request and provide you with a solution as quickly as possible. We generally reply within 2-3 working days.
